For blind box products, sealed packaging must remain unopened to qualify for a standard return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened blind box products where the sealed packaging has been broken.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged through customer misuse.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
